When will my credit card be charged?

If you place your order by phone, you will only be charged for items once they ship. That means if your order has some items that are on backorder, you will only be charged for those items once they ship.

If you place your order with PayPal, your order will be charged at the time of purchase.

Sales And Use Tax Policy:

Sales/Use tax may be due on your purchase. Currently, Intellistage Canada collects sales tax on purchases delivered into the following provinces and territories: Alberta ,British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, Saskatchewan and Yukon.

Please refer to your province and local taxing authorities as you may be responsible for use tax on any untaxed purchase(s) in your jurisdiction. 

Estimated Tax
Sales tax can be made up of a combined total of province and federal tax rates. For your convenience, we provide a sales tax estimate during checkout, and on your order confirmation summary. However, many factors can change between the time you place your order and when it is delivered. Because of this, your final sales tax charges may be different from the estimated amount.

How To Cancel or Change an Order:

We work hard to ensure that the product(s) you order from Intellistage Canada are the right fit for your needs and your budget. However, we recognize that on occasion you must cancel or change an order. The first thing to do is call your Sales Advice at 1-888 649 4968.

Orders can leave our warehouse within 48 hours, so it is sometimes impossible to stop your order from shipping. In this case your Sales Advice will assist you with a Return Authorization request. 

Return Policy:

Warranty Policy

2 Year Warranty

Road Ready warrants to the original owner of each new IntelliStage, Quick Lock Staging and All Terrain product, for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase, (provided that it is purchased at an Authorized Intellistage Dealer) that is free of defects in materials and workmanship and that each product meets or exceeds all factory published specifications.

This warranty is void if the product has been tampered with or misused beyond reasonable wear, and shall not apply if the product has been physically damaged.

Improper handling, set-up or use of this unit could cause it to fail which could lead to serious injury or death.

Please be sure to read, understand and follow all operating instructions and weight load information in this manual before using this product.

Do not allow children or untrained persons to use this product.

There are no obligations of liability on the part of Road Ready for any personal injuries, death, consequential damage or any other indirect damages with respect to, loss of property, revenues, profit or costs of removals, installations or re-installations arising out of, or in connection with, the use or performance of an IntelliStage product.

10 Year Warranty
